About Me My name is Amanda, I'm a 29 year old and a republican christian goth from East Texas. I'm NOT married and I DON'T have any kids and I DON'T have a boyfriend (I don't need any of that to be happy!). I graduated from Athens High School in Athens Texas in the year 1997. I have been depressed for a very long time and I still am. My mom is going to try to help change my life and make it better. She is going to help me learn how to drive a car and get a good job. Than, I can go out and live on my own. I can't wait!

Fighting the fear, What does that mean to you witches?

To me, it means coming out of the broom closet. Tell and letting the world know that you are a witch and that you are into witchcraft!

If you come out of the broom closet and stop hiding behind other people's fear and ignorance and telling people that you are a witch, They won't or may not stereotype us anymore! By staying in the broom closet and hiding behind the fear, you are letting those people stereotype us witches!

Us witches NEED to teach the world the ways of our craft! If we teach the world about us and our craft then they would not fear and hate us so much!

My hometown of Athens Texas has alot of witches in it.....but, they are hard to find because they are afraid to come out and let the people of Athens know that they are witches.

I have tried to be friends with about 2 or 3 witches in Athens....but they don't won't to be my friend because I chose to come out of the broom closet and not hide. There is one girl...I will call her J.C....she is a witch from Athens and she contact me and we talked and when I told her I am out of the broom closet....she didn't want anything to do with me because of that....because she is in and STILL in the broom closet! Then she started stalking and harassing me because I'm out of the broom closet!

There is another girl...I will call her L.B....I think I found her and we talk about some things and we both like the same things....but, I told her my dreams for my hometown and then she started hating me for that. She and other people like her told me that I'm crazy for wanting my hometown to be a more better and fun place to live in! I don't understand what wrong with that. But, anyways....she doesn't want anything to do with me because of that! J.C. and L.B. are brainwashed freaks! I hate them for hating me for being smarter than they are and having BIG dreams for MY hometown!

I have alot of opinions about ALL the topics in this world. Once you get me on a topic I will tell you what I think about it! It's easy for me to tell you my opinions and beliefs with my voice then writing it down on paper or in a blog.........but, the thing is NO ONE ever listens to me and/or let me speak my mind. I HATE THAT! I WANT TO BE HEARD!

Well, that is all for now! When I have something else to say I will try to say it! :)
